Looking for tv show.?

Ok, made 1990s, involved an evil witch (I believe she was called along
the lines of witchy witch or something) a boy who gets caught on the
island and a friend of his with a fake suit, i know its kinda vague, i
will edit it if i think of any more.

It was obviously a childrens show.
